We used Athens roofing company to replace our old shingles roof with metal roof, and adding new gutters. We are very impressed with Ron and his customer service. They worked fast and on a timely manner. We had a couple of problems with the new roof, BUT ron was very responsible. He himself came out and made sure problem was solved. Checked on us several times! We would hire them again and would recommend them to friends and family with any roofing needs. Our new metal roof looks great! Has cooled the house and attic area by ten degrees this summer and withstanding the rains and storms!
It would be great if all businesses operated like Athens Roofing. They were professional, on time, impeccable workmanship and left the property neat as a pin when they left. Not a single nail or shred of evidence they had been there other than a gorgeous, new roof. Many people in our neighborhood got new roofs after severe storms came through and many others had lots of issues so be careful who you go with. It’s worth it to go with a solid company like this so it’s done right. Couldn’t be happier!
4 years ago Athens Roofing put a metal roof on my house. In January of 2019 I noticed some of the panels on the rear of the house were beginning to discolor. I sent them an email on Sunday, they contacted me on Monday and were out here Tuesday. They took pictures and contacted the metal supplier. Long story short, last week they sent a crew out to replace all the discolored panels without one red cent out of my pocket. In this day and age that is incredible customer service with both the supplier and Athens Roofing standing behind their product. If you don't let them put your roof on you are making a mistake.
